Set spawn with bed during day

Suggested name: SpawnSetDay

What I want: I am looking for a plugin that allows players to set their death spawn point by using or clicking on a bed at any time, not just at night or during storms.

Ideas for commands: Ideally no commands are needed for this plugin, I would prefer this to use bed interaction if possible. But won't turn my nose up at /setspawn or /setbedspawn if there's no other choice.

Ideas for permissions: spawnsetday.setspawn allows player to use the /setspawn command if a command is needed

When I'd like it by: I'd love to see this as soon as possible but I know beggars can't be choosers. Thank you in advance!
