   @timtower https://pastebin.com/cw45VZAP it says it's not utf-8 encoded, but there are no weird symbols in the config file whatsoever

   If you open it with Notepad, WordPad, or Notepad ++, you should be able to click save as and click "UTF-8" for encoding.
