Horse Plugin version 1.11

Hi, I'm looking for a plugin that revolves around horses for my 1.11 Minecraft server. It should include:
-Horses being able to drink water
-Horse vaccinations (to prevent them from getting ill)
-Horses being able to get sick /h health (to check)
-Foals have a chance to not survive being born
-Being able to lunge horses /h lunge (to be done while horse is being lead) (Lunging is when a horse has to walk in a circle around a player/person ,at a certain distance, whilst being lead)
-Horse genders (that are able to be checked) (Mare,Stallion,Gelding)
-Horse ages /h setage (for beginner horses, other horses age naturally)
-Automatic breeding between mares and stallions ( if they are put near each other)
-only mares and stallions can breed
-As horses are ridden more often their training level goes up and they don't misbehave as much as an untrained horse
-Horse traits that can be set and changed only once (e.g- Lazy(-) , Energetic(+) etc) /h settrait (up to 3 traits can be added)
-Horses can buck off their riders, and rear (Buck is like to throw off it's rider)
-Horse poop that can be destroyed using a shovel

I'd like to start by saying that it's a nice idea for a plugin (definitely for servers that focuses on players that like horses).

I just don't think that anyone will make a plugin of this size on here. This plugin would cost 50+ hours of work to be done properly. Most plugin requests (that actually get finished) are smaller plugins (1 - 5 hours).

But that is not the point of this message, I think that even if someone decides to make this plugin a lot of the features need a lot more explaining. Also you used a lot of equestrian jargon that not everybody would understand, for example I had to google some words like gelded (I wished I would not have done that) and that could cause a lot of miscomunication between you and the developer.

Also just out of curiosity, why 1.11? I mean it's not that of a populair Minecraft version.

I will make sure to explain some of the points in more detail, and I understand that it is quite a big request however I just posted it so that there is at least a small chance that it will be made even though it is very likely no-one will make it.
Also it could be made in any version it's just more efficient if it was made in 1.11 as that is the version my server is on,
