@FAZEMOE Are you able to connect to your own server using that IP? If not, make sure that DNS server is pointing to the correct IP for your server and that your IP has not changed. To remove the "outdated build" message, use buildtools to build a new spigot jar and use that. You will then need to do this every couple of weeks to make sure your builds are up to date.
