Plugin Help Kits..?

Yo so I'm getting ready to open my server but there is one problem my dev and I can't seem to figure out. I hope this is the right spot to post this, I have not really went to forums for help before but nobody can help us with this. So the problem is with essentials kits and the problem is that gear, such as diamond tools & armor, work when you click a kit to receive it, but resources such as blocks and food do not. Here is the config for one of the kits.

The enchanted items are the ones that work, but the blocks, food, etc., do not work. Please help someone! Thanks
