Nations/Empires

I am working on my rpg server and I am really looking for a plugin similar to towny or factions except, admin made. I would also like it if there we towns/cities in the nations all with mayors and the nation leader being the king. To enter one of these nations you would be put in via command from either admin or command block. The nation territory would be pre-determined by admins. The leaders of the nations would be able to control being allied or enemies with other nations. The claims for the different towns/cities would be able to be separated from each other. There would be houses within the towns that are purchasable by players similar to how the plugin Houses works. Thanks you! 95% of what you want can already be done with factions, with the only exception being that you cant sell property/houses.

but.. with some clever configuration, you could make worldguard regions within the the faction land and sell those, which are definitely possible.

 

He is right on this, if you work with world guard regions and a permissions plugin, you can use a plugin like area shop to sell out land to people just in that particular faction based souly on permission nodes. A whole other plugin would just be a waste of time for someone unless they're just dying to make this haha. Good luck to you though!
