Territory Control Plugin

Hello Bukkit Person, I would like to request for a plugin that is no where to exist.

In this plugin, I want it to be integrated with world guard, where it can use the regions created by world guard with the regions listed by the user in the config as territories for 3 specific groups, but will trigger commands on events such as, when a player enters the region. So this is what i want to happen, in this plugin, when i set a territory with world guard, it is a neutral area at first, and there will be 3 teams that a player can choose like a class/team, Metal Heads, Guards, and Underground. When a player from, say Guards team comes onto the territory, and that territory is claimed by say Metal Heads, it will do the greeting flag from the region that will need to be set automatically to who owns the territory, and you will have a timer that's customizable from config that will count down from to claim that territory for your team. If a player from the another team enters into that territory, the timer will pause until that player is killed. If the player claiming the area dies, the timer will reset and the territory will remain owned by whichever team owns it unless say the person from Underground team will be in the territory, then the timer will start for his team to conquer the area.

I also want separate inventories for each class/team, that can be set. When you enter the territory, your inventory will be set to whatever your class/team is and will save the inventory you had before getting the class outside the territory. Once you leave the territory, the items from the class/team will go away and you will get your saved inventory back.
