I've been having this problem where people can't join the server unless they are OPed. When players try to join it gives them a message saying that the server is full. I am pretty sure that it would be notorious that is doing this but I haven't found anything in the config files. Any help is appreciated. @Dawgi/Benny Remove all plugins from the server and see if the message still appears. If not, slowly re-add each plugin until you find the one that is kicking the player.
I suspect that this may be due to a plugin, because I think that if you were aware of this it wouldn't say "shop.example.com" and you would've put your own link in. What I can suggest is that if no symptoms are being displayed for this issue inside the configuration, I recommend trying @Zombie_Striker 's suggestion and re-install each plugin until you discover the one that is causing this issue.
You're basically just saying a more complicated and harder to read version of what @Zombie_Striker said .-.
