Creative Item Limit

What I want: I would like a plugin that makes it so certain items (set in config) like a barrier or dragon egg, will be used up in your inventory/hand like it were to be in survival mode even though you are in creative mode, in a creative server! i have been looking for this plugin for so long but to no avail so here i am requesting it for not only me but anyone to use if you wish.

Ideas for commands: i think only some sort of plugin reload command would work here.

Ideas for permissions: not really needed but it'd be nice, your choice of naming.

When I'd like it by: As soon as its possible for you.

 

If players in creative could still take endless items from their inventory why would it be useful to decrease used items count?

 

because i dont want to use it for the endless items, i want to use it for items they cannot take from their inventory.

 

That still doesn't stop the player from getting an infinite amount of that item. What's stopping him/her from middle click on the itemstack to copy it?
