Problem/Bug Command blocks wont open!

Hey guys!

On my bukkit server, I have 40 plugins (picture provided below) and in my server.properties I have enabled command blocks, but for some reason, I cant get access to my command blocks. The server does not run the command blocks and I cannot get into them. I am also OP (level 4) and have GMC...
