Filled Enchantment Table.

    Plugin category: Enchanting

    Minecraft version: 1.8.8

    Suggested name: 1.7Enchanting

    What I want: I need a plugin that, in short, whenever you open an enchantment table in a specific world, the lapis slot in the enchantment table will get filled with lapis if you are in 1.8 or up (I have 1.7 support so...)

    Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

    Ideas for permissions: No permissions needed for this plugin.

    When I'd like it by: 1 day if possible.

    How should the specific world be defined?

    Via a config file?
