Groupmanager Prefixes arent working

My group manager prefixes arent working and i had this problem before but i forget what i did last time so i have everything configured it is just my prefixes arent working ive tryed diffrent chat plugins but they dont work or make it look worse
If anyone could help me that would be lovely

Go to Essentials config.yml and look for changedisplayname and set that to false

 

@DamBer00593 Group Manager is now having much errors so try PermissionsEx if there arent anny errors for you except prefixes you must have these plugins : Vault EssentialsChat Essentials Group Manager

 

I tryed everything you guys suggested @Lonatic @EddiePlayz_ @meatwagon25 But none of it worked and i dont like to use apex because its outdated

I got the software to work i just needed a newer version for essentials chat
