Allow break, deny place in specific areas.

    Is there already a plugin which could allow me to deny users from placing blocks but allow them breaking blocks at the same time? I have world guard but I don't think there is a no place flag.

    Could someone make me a custom flag for world guard or something which will allow me to do the above?
