Infinite Vanilla Chest-Storage

Suggested name: Infinite Chest Storge

What I want:
I would love to have a System for my Server that allows to get rid of hundrest of chests and have insted a nice and easy Storage. But because my players are young i want to keep my Server without client mods. So something like ME is not a option for me. I already searched but the best i found was backpacks and they are limited and fail the point.

What i was thinking about is that you could use the chest, like plugins with custom gui do and use this to create a "inifite chest" with it. To get a overview use the last row for the options like "last page", "next page"... That own chest can just be opened by a enderchest (insted of normal enderchest) or with the command "/ics open" if you have the permissions for it.
It would be nice if you could use the enderchest as chest to place and also make it enable/disable in config for worlds so they cant create a chest while farming as example. If enderchest cant be used a normal chest with sign could be a other sulution. Maybe to both possibles and let it choose in config if someone want to use this plugin too and want to keep enderchest normal.
If possible a searchbar like the creativ has so it is easy to find stuff - or a 3rd button in the last line that acts like the category on creativ so only "blocks", "redtone", "dekoration" etc gets shown should do the trick too.
The hole stuff could be saved in file for every player a own in plugin folder as example with UUID of player for easy managment. And "/ics clear (<player>)" would delete the file simply.

I dont know if this is able to create and how hard it is since i have no clue about code stuff. But for what i have seen what other plugins can do it should be possible to create.
If i was just to dumb to search please give me the plugin name - because i kind of cant belive nobody has already done something like this.

Ideas for commands:
Arguments with "<>" are optional.
/ics open <player> | Open your Storage GUI or from a player.
/ics clear <player> | Remove everything inside the Storage from you or player.


Ideas for permissions:
ics.open | Able to use "/ics open".
ics.open.others | Able to use "/ics open <player>". (For Team to check Thief/Grief.)
ics.edit | Able to edit Storge of others. (For Team to fix Thief/Grief.)
ics.clear | Able to use "/ics clear <player>".

When I'd like it by:
I dont think this is very easy to do... so better take time to do good insted of fast with bugs.


I hope i gave all information needed and did not forgot something. Also: If needed i have additonaly a Server to test it on if needed. (normaly use it to config plugins and test them before adding/update them to the main Server.)

You could use PlayerVault and give players permissions to use a lot of slots. Its highly configurable and easy

This is way to advanced and no-one is going to make you a plugin when there is one called PlayerVaults already made. Even if you took your time coding this plugin there would still be a lot of bugs until you're the most experienced developer on Bukkit.

Yes/no. Its almost what im looking for, but with this they have to open every page with own command because of the own name. This is more compicated then just do a right click on a chest... then i would rather stick to 100 chests then remember all valuts to find anything...
