Filled Join particles /sound plugin?

In this plugin different group have different sound on join and different particles on join

Particles:

1: flame ring going around the player for like 5 sec when they join.
this is for permission (join.donor)

2: you can make your Owns cause i don't know any other cool ones btw make this less cool because it's gonna be for default people.
this is for default no permission needed


Sounds:

- cat sound. for default no permission needed

- wither sound or a ender dragon sound we can set that in config. for donor permission


you can disable the sound and Particles by doing /join off/on permission for that is join.disable

1.10 plugin​

 

So you just want a plugin that plays a specific sound for each group? There is definitely already a plugin out there, but, if there isn't, I'll be happy to whip one up.

 

I looked it up but I didn't find any for 1.10

 

But it's not what I want tho.

EDIT: the sounds I can easily do, but the particles are significantly harder. this seems a bit out of my skill level. but I will have a look at particles and see what I can do. but I can't guarantee anything
