Plugin Help permission groups set up!

hi idk if this is the right place to post it but anyways...... currently creating a factions bukkit server and I need someone to set up the permission groups for my server with PEX or group manger im willing to give co-owner to the one that makes me the groups ill post a pic off all my plugins down below I want 3 donate ranks and 1 default [obviously] you can really do this how ever you think a factions server group should be. I really don't know much about this stuff I really leave it all up to you to set this up correctly
[first] the default group called member
[second] the first donate group called crono
[third] second donate group called lord
[fouth] third donate group called elder
I really leave all permissions up to you
now the staff team groups
[first] helper
[second] mod
[third] admin
[fouth] owner ps: I don't want co-owner group
that's all theres just 1 thing I don't want any group to have only owner if needed its the crazy enchanter plugin has a command /gkits I don't want anyone to have that that's command. that's all I can think off ill post somemore stuff if I can think of something that the groups should not have hope someone can help me and set this up for me thx

btw I have flying disabled on the server because of im anti cheat plugin idk if that matters.

I really doubt anybody on here is going to set up your groups for you. It comes off as really lazy and if you depend on others to do important things like groups then you shouldn't run a server in the first place. If you want to create gruops with pex you can use this handy tool to make groups online really easily.
