ItemLoreStats 1.10 replacement

What I want: I've been using ItemLoreStats for a while, which is a plugin used to read the lore of an item and then affect its damage/potion effects etc. But it hasn't been updated in a while.
I've tried Lore Attributes but it lacks many customization features.
Literally the only features I'd need would be a health, health regen and speed for armor and potion effects and damage for items. Plus a level/class requirement for both.
I don't know any other alternatives for 1.10, and I've searched both on Spigot and Bukkit.

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: ls.class.x - can use an item with a class: mage lore.

When I'd like it by: ASAP, take your time.

 

May I ask what is wrong with ItemLoreStats? I tested it out, seemed fine to me, just because it's not updated it doesn't mean it will break.
