   Hello! I need a permissions plugin that can store what rank the players are on a mySQL database, but stores the permissions for the ranks locally on a yml file for my server. I am pretty sure that there is one out there! Please tell me!

   @MCFunCubes Doubt it that something like this exists.
   You can sync the groups to the database though.
