   In my minecraft server i want to get rid of the <> before and after the name, how do i do that?

   In essentials config.yml youll see something like:
   chat:
   radius: 0
   format: '< ... >'
   The ... is whatever you have, just delete the < and > from the format, its about 3/4 down the config file and located in plugins/essentials/config.yml
