Problem/Bug You can't hit [name] because the range is 10

For some reason for a while now players are unable to hit each other when they are next to each other using any type of weapon or block in their hand.

I have been trying to find what plugin would cause this whole problem but i kinda gave up and i hope someone here understands what is going on.

I am running on 1.9 spigot and all plugins work like they should work.

 

This problem is still happening, if anyone knows a solution or which plugin may cause this, please tell me

 

You can always take out one plugin at a time until it no longer does that. Easiest way of finding out what plugin is doing that.

 

I cannot guarantee for sure it is this plugin, but I believe the plugin BattleLevels is causing the issue.

Did a quick search on BattleLevels's page and found this in Configuration
"global-ranged-zones-range: 10"
and the
Message under it is
"global-ranged-message: '&aYou can''t hit &b%hit &abecause the range is &e%range'"]
