Command blocker with arguments

What I want: I'd like to see a command block plugin that blocks tab-completion for all commands. I know the plugin AntiCommandTab does this but I am looking for something a little bit more. I would like this plugin to block commands with spaces too. This plugin would need to have a customizable command block message and be able to block a command + all of its possible arguments contained after the base command(E.g if /help is blocked /ehelp or /helpp wont be blocked but /help 1 or /help t will be blocked.)

Ideas for commands:
/cmdblock add <command>
/cmdblock reload
/cmdblock list
/cmdblock del <command>
/cmdblock args <command>

Ideas for permissions:
vcommandblock.admin

@ckav11 Is there a particular reason you want this? Tab-completion is really useful for anyone who can't remember all the little command nuances (especially the /give command), and I can't see how it could be used for evil.

 

Anti tab completion for commands isn't 100% necessary but I would prefer to have it

 

@ckav11 Just curious why (which you haven't explained).

 

This is to accomplish simple things without having to negate permissions from staff and prevent players from doing certain commands. E.g i don't want my admins to be able to do /resetpoints <Player> <Number> but I want them to be able add points. They are on the same permission node so it would be useful to be able to do /cmdblock args <Command> and it will block all arguments after that command. Also it would be useful to keep staff from banning higher staff by blocking commands. DisableCommands has worked quite well in the past but it doesn't have the option to block a commands arguments therefore making it almost useless in a situation like the points one stated above

So, to clarify, you want a plugin that stops players from using certain commands? If so, then simplify your description, because it's confusing. I can understand why you would want to block a command that shares a node with a command you want available.

If you block a command, there's no need to block the args from what I remember?
