    Hello,
I am thinking about making a sever that is all about Eminem. And i was wondering if there is a plugin that will let me play Music to all the players at spawn and other places that doesn't come out as a note block sound! I would. Like i just a .mp3 of the song into a uploads folder lets say, Have a custom playlist. and then use WorldGuard to setup a region to automatically play that song or playlist! Could someone either write one up for me or tell me a plugin that does that?

I would LOVE to have that working!!

    Thanks for your help!

@chanpratt Sounds is strictly client side. Plugins are only server side. Your only option is to use a resource pack or have the user of the client do some extra stuff.

I've seen another server do it before, So i was wondering how could i do that as well? Or was that a custom plugin? I am not a plugin maker!

@chanpratt teej107 gave you the solution already. There is no other way.

Create a custom server resource pack, change the jukebox discs to the songs you want and then you can play the sound using command blocks at spawn. If people don't download the pack, then they'll just hear normal MC music. There's no other way to do this.

@Fluxanoia Do you know a way to change the jukebox disks in a Resource Pack editor that is online?

No, no website would do that. Just extract the default texture pack from the Minecraft jar:

Then get the songs you want and replace them with the jukebox sound files, making sure they have the same name as the old jukebox sound files. Then set the resource pack to your server pack to encourage downloads and use Command Blocks to play sounds.
