Suggested name: Villager Builder

What I want: when a player places a spawn egg it would build a tower which will drop a block every 10 seconds or so like this

and the villager will have a gui which will allow you to pick what block should drop from the top and they can upgrade there tower so it drops faster

Ideas for commands: /villagerbuilder give Player Builder

Ideas for permissions: villagerbuilder.build

@timtower That's Scala. Runs on the JVM but needs Scala to be installed first.
