Plugin Help Essentials Emergency Mode Help

    Im trying to create a new server and all of the plugins ive installed are working fine except essentials.It says when i start up the game that its in emergency mode.If you know how to fix this in 1.9 please message me

    @BlondeBryan which server version are you using? which essentials version are you using? Also, are you using spigot or bukkit?

    Essentials does not support spigot, so you wont be able to run it on spigot or spigot fake bukkit builds. We are planning on a Sponge migration instead.

    isn't Spigot just a slightly modified version of Bukkit?

    @WolfMage1 An unsupported and not legal one at that. Their coding is also shoddy, leading to no backwards compatibility and breakage of many things.
