Filled Potion Effect Armor Plugin - Retronix-Items

Suggested name: Retronix-Items

What I want: I want a plugin were there are Multiple items, Apollos, Aegis, Etherals, Hermes, And PyroAxe.
I will describe the items below:
Apollos:
Name: '&bApollos Crest'
Lore: 'Infused with NightVision'
Armor Type: Diamond Helmet
Effect: Night Vision 1
Extra: I want the Nightvision, only given to the player if the lore is on the item, that way the item is renameable.

Aegis:
Name: '&8&lAegis'
Lore: 'Infused with Strength'
Armor Type: Chestplate
Effect: Strength 2
Extra: I want the strength 2, only given to the player if the lore is on the item, that way the item is renameable.

Ethereals:
Name: '&5*&8Ethereals&5*'
Lore: 'Infused with Invisibility'
Armor Type: Diamond Leggings
Effect: Invisibility 2
Extra: I want the Invisiblity, only given to the player if the lore is on the item, that way the item is renameable.

Hermes Boots:
Name: '&6Hermes Boots'
Lore:'Infused with Speed'
Armor Type: Diamond Boots
Effect: Speed 2
Extra: I want the Speed, only given when the lore is on a a piece of gear the player is wearing and the effect removed when the player removes/takes off the piece of armor.


Ideas for commands: /ri item (Apollos,Ethereals,Aegis,Hermes), /ri reload

Ideas for permissions: Retronixitems.admin (has access to all commands), Retronixitems.player (Items Will Work When Used By Player But The Player Gets No Commands)


When I'd like it by: As Soon As Possible

@pie_flavor Ok Since i Need this plugin, so insted of making them donator items it will be able to be won in crates and the crates keys can be earned by voting for the server or by being found by killing mobs

i want these to be rare items so i dont want players to craft them.

Anyone Else Willing to Code This Together for me?

@lilgee332 Seems that nobody will take this. But it seems fairly simple, i would use MythicMobs for making these items, since it allows everything you want almost.

Ive looked at that plugin it does nothing but make custom mobs.

 

@lilgee332 As far as ive read and understood your post - you want custom items, which have difrent name, effects, enchantments and ofcourse lore. if thats the case - MythicalMobs does all of it. no lores plugin needed.
