I would like this plugin to block wet sponges. What I mean by this is make it so that when a player places a sponge in water, after absorbing water it doesn't become wet. This would remove the process of smelting a sponge to make it dry and useable again. I thought it would be cool if this plugin could be used as a donor perk, so it would require some permissions. If anyone could make this plugin, that would be awesome! Thanks! (This is my first plugin request, if I didn't give enough information I apologize)

@Kremis Hey there, I decided to take a shot at making <EDIT by Timtower: redacted mediafire>. Basically, what it does is when a player with the permission "nowetsponge.place" places a sponge block, it will add the block to a hashmap and wait 1 second before setting the block to air and then returning a sponge to the player's inventory. (It waits 1 second so that the block can actually absorb some water before being removed.) By default, OPs have the permission as well, but I could change that if you would like, if you do decide to use this. I will probably continue working on this until I find a way to set the block to a regular sponge no matter if water touches it, but for now this is usable if you'd like it.

Great! But instead, I would like it if the sponge stayed on the ground, instead of being instantly returned to the players inventory and would still be dry. Thank you for taking a shot at this :D
