I just set this up for my hub today. I used ItemJoin & Chest Commands. Feel free to take a look at the one I set up on my hub. If you need any help configuring the plugins let me know, they work well together. I also used a plugin called InventoryLock to stop players moving items. This was also an option to configure in both of the plugins I used.
