Message Board to Groups

Hello Everyone

I was wondering if anyone has made or if anyone can make a plugin that allows a message to go to a group such as Admins. Currently I use /helpop (from Essentials) and it sends a message to all online admins. Is there a plugin that has this but the messages save and can be read, replied and removed by any admin so they update for everyone.

Sort of like a /mail command. Where you mail a group and everyone in that group has access to all of the messages and can do whatever with them.

I used to use a plugin called reports but it was limiting and very buggy as it would only have one list of messages that could be viewed by anyone and you could only clear the list rather than a single message. I was planning on making a Moderator list and an Admin list. Think of it like email where you can have shared accounts.
