Limit break X trees every X hours.

Hi, I have an RP server. When you break the blocks that join the tree to the ground, it falls completely.

My question is if there is any plugin that limits the amount of trees that can be cut down at a predetermined time.

I would like to, for example, that only 5 trees can be cut down every 24 hours. The plugin would have to differentiate between trees generated on the map, and logs placed by the players (at home for example).
