Chat Tag Permission Based Plugin Request

Plugin category: Chat Tools.

Suggested name: CCNameTag

What I want: I want to be able to set a tag with the player name that will appear right after the player's name. I would like that only players with permission will be able to see tags.

For example, If I'm doing /ctag AwesomeGuy and I have the permission to see tags, The chat layout of AwesomeGuy wil be like that:
[Member] AwesomeGuy (AwesomeGuy) > Hello!

But if I don't have permission to see tags, it will be like that:
[Member] AwesomeGuy > Hello!

I would also like to be able to set the layout of the tag in config. I need it to support Essentials nicks as well (So I won't have to turn change-displayname to 'false' in Essentials config).
I would like also to be able to customize all message of the plugin if there are any.

Ideas for commands:
/ctag = Shows avaliable commands.
/ctag set <Player> = Set the tag to the player.
/ctag remove <Player> = Remove active tag from a player.
/ctag reload = Reload the config file.

Ideas for permissions:
ccnametag.viewtag = Permission to see the tag in chat.
ccnametag.ctag = Permission to do /ctag
ccnametag.tagset = Permission to do /ctag set <Player>.
ccnametag.removetag = Permission to do /ctag remove <Player>
ccnametag.reload = Permission to reload the config file.

When I'd like it by: 3-4 days if possible.

It's not an overly difficult plugin, someone should be able to do it

 

Sounds simple enough, I'll give it a shot.
I just started plugin making again (I've done tons of it including work for other people) so it may take some time (expect a few days, 3 at the most).

I can do this, It may be a bit, as I am dealing with computer problems on my desktop, luckily I have my laptop yet. If you are not in a rush, i can get this for you by next week Friday at the latest

EDIT: Would you like the tags stored in a file? So if the server is turned off or crashes, it is saved? I can do that for you. This will also be vault dependent for the permissions
