Punish GUI Plugin

Hello!
I am the owner of a VERY tiny server, and I would like to request that a plugin be made for that server to finish up the punishment sector of my server. Please do ask questions! Please give us an outline of the plugin on this thread
Many of us are reading on mobile devices or devices with little internet, and can't load many pages at once.

Not to mention that's what you should be doing anyway

 

This is quite a complicated plugin. I would recommend simplifying it or making the explanation a bit more clear

 

I am sorry, but I cannot put the table into this thread. I believe you can get access to a PC eventually.

 

If you won't put in the effort, why should I?

I'm most often reading this while I'm at work, where I actually have time to read things.
