On my server all the essential economy commands won't work unless i put an e behind it like /ebal or /epay i think a plugin may be interfering with it causing this but i don't know so could someone help me.

Try disabling some plugins (rename .jar to .jam, dont uninstall!) to identify. Think of any plugins that may have some involvement with transactions, money (other than Vault, thats a bridge plugin and dont disable it)

I see cloudTrade, Banknotes for example, and without googling to find out what type of plugins those are, my mind things money and transfer (even though cloudtrade could mean trade-craft, rather than something else)

Failure to identify by sensible thinking of which one it is, start disabling groups of plugins at a time, and see if that resolved the issue or not, to identify if the fault is in or not in the big group disabled, narrowing your troubleshooting down.
(Of course, you will need essentials to not be disabled to test this)

Realistically you can eliminate these as candidates and reduce the troubleshooting range:
worldborder, vault, multiverse-core, automessage, particletext, whatisit, protocollib, votifier, holographicdisplays, galistener, worldedit, permissionsex, worldguard, Essentials(anythings), nocheatplus

multiple points in a buycraft updater ...

Likely the config file for buycraft, there might be something like a cost of something set at "125.50.5" or such? Buycraft doesn't add /buy and /sell commands to interfere with essentials though, as far as im aware But maybe if things aren't working right for it, it may be exploding goo everywhere and mucking nice-play up yes
