Question Essentials warps not working , completely?

hey guys new poster here take it easy on me
basically my essentials warps have just stopped working totally for no reason. all perms are set im fairly knowledgeable on PEX , but even me with * perms owner , when typing in /warp /warps , theres actually no response what so ever , nothing pops up in chat , its like it isnt even there.
any help?!? =[

@Olivermatt Just went on your server and all the warps worked fine.

 

when pex stops responding, its usually due to the permissions file being pooched yml-format wise, due to editing; or, due to doing a server /reload command. The /reload pooching of pex is guaranteed to happen, but after a server proper restart, it is fine. Perhaps that was the case here.

Okay, so it didn't "fix itself" as far as you belief, though a poster says it worked for him on the server.. so its not a plugin problem. It is likely a permission problem, that it doesn't work "For particular people, groups"

1) Restart server, www.pastebin.com with your entire logs/latest.log file to be sure, confirm versions, see plugins that might interfere, any warnings/errors to be concerned about

2) Pastebin your permissions file as well
