Hello, I'm here to ask for information about the EULA, because I saw some servers selling P2W things like you die and don't lose your items.
I want to know if I could sell ( just for example ) for 1 dollar a feature like if you die you don't lose your EXP, and that feature can be bought with in-game money as well.

Because of the EULA, you can't do it 'legally'. You can do it, and most likely mojang wont notice, but you can't legally sell anything that is a feature in minecraft.

so... even if the feature can be bought with in-game free money, you can't sell for real money as a shortcut?
looks like some servers are doing wrong

@Reynergodoy Chances are Mojang won't notice if you do it even if it's illegal. Do it at your own risk.

Yeah. Servers can't actually Charge players for features. What they (sort of) can do is ask for Donations, and give stuff as "Perks" ;p

Does it applies for versions under 1.8.1?

I'm not saying I will do it, thats just a doubt

No, they don't have any eulas so you can sell features "legally" on any platform pre-1.8.

    Oh, thanks.
But my plugins are 1.8.1, and I don't even have a server

Actually the EULA has not changed for a very long time. They just started making you agree to it explicitly with 1.7.

The EULA can be enforced for any version of Minecraft post-release (and possibly even earlier).

Please check your facts before posting misinformation.
