Problem/Bug Need help setting up a Ranking system using PermissionsEx!

I recently bought and setup a bukkit server for me and a few friends, I've setup the basic mods, spawn etc; but I cant seem to get my head around permissionsEx? Ive tried the top 3 guides out there with no prevail.

Any help is greatly appreciated! I only want 4 ranks; Guest, Regular, Mod and Owner.

PEX is learned after experience, trial and error, just try and don't give it up. You should get a hang of it soon

 

here this link is to a youtube video which is a how to use and setup tutorial and comes with a pex template it has player mod admin and owner on it you can find it in the description

 

If your trying pex and you can't work it you could try bPermissions or GroupManager I found groupmanager easier to understand
