I really need a working drugs plugin where all of the drugs are beneficial for pvp. Also it would be ideal if i could customise in config to how i need the drugs, if not then i could give you a list. Thank you!

Drugs are bad for you! Even though... This should be EXACTLY what you are wanting http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/drugmeup/ You can configure what each "drug" effects the player So if you sniffed sugar (litterally), You could set it to give you speed I, and so on
