Suggested name: OnlineList

What I want: When someone types /list it displays this in chat

Owner: Offline > this means that there are no owners online

Admin: {name} {name} > This displays all the admin's name

So if there are no players in the group it displays "offline"
But it should display Moderators,admins,owners,youtubers,Helpers,builder and it should be compadible with PermissionsEx

Commands:

• /list - Lists online players from the specified group.

Permissions:

• OnlineList.list - Gives players permission to use the /list command.

Config:

• Has a very simplistic config. Do NOT delete the "Ranks" header. To add a new group you want to show from the /list command, simply type the name in and follow it up with a colon. Then, on the lines below, you can include player's who should belong to that group. These names should be prefixed with a "- ", then the name.
• Example ranks:
  Ranks:
  Owner:
  - NoahCraft17155
  Admin:
  - Player
  - AnotherPlayer
  Moderator:
  - Moderator

@plobnob Might just be me, but I got an error testing this plugin. I have Java 7 and I am running a Bukkit 1.7.10 server.

Dropped it in my plugins folder, launched the server, typed /list. Added my name to the list and typed /list and same error.
