Need a plugin which deny u to get the silktouch enchant

Suggestion Name: Silktouch disabler

What I want: I want a simple plugin which deny people to get silk touch out of the enchanting table on tools or books. there are no commands needed for this plugin only the permissions to deny the group from getting silk touch.

Idea's For commands: No commands needed

Idea's For permissions: Silktouch.disable

When i'd like to have it: as soon as possible

i hope someone can make this plugin and thanks for reading !

 

A few questions before I start with it, do you want to block the enchantment from the enchanting table or in every pick axe?
I mean if they find a book in a chest, should they be able to use it in an anvil?

 

why don't just block them from placing / crafting anvil .
