/NEAR for factions

Suggested name: Nearby

What I want: Hey! I would gladly appriciate if anyone could make a plugin where the command
/near comes in hand for every player!
I would like it to be group based, so maybe donators could see who is inside a certain arena ( like 1250blocks)
And for Default players like a 1000blocks.

Simply so i could make how many groups i wanted, and use a permission node to set into groupmanger
that allow them to see a inside a certain area ( like 1250blocks)

Also, if you could add that the players who gets detected recives a little message
that says like [Radar] you have been deteced bt a player.

Also, if there could be a cooldown for certains groups, like they can use the command once, then have to wait for the cooldown. Wich i can change easily in config file.


I know there are plugins like this one, exactly, but they don't really work?

Ideas for commands: /near , /reloadnear

Ideas for permissions:

• Nearby.command - so players can use the /near command
  Nearby.group.<group> - premission node for what group they are in wich limits their radar limit
  Nearby.found.tell - so they recive a message when found by near
  
  Ideas for config:
  In the config there would be so, the manager can change the defualt range for defualt playes radar limit
  (1000blocks)
  There should also be so manager can easily make groups and set the range limit for the radar limit
  and change to cooldown for certain group
