Invisible Blocks (For 1.7)

Suggested name: InvisBlocks

What I want: A plugin that makes blocks invisible. You look at a block, and do a command, making it invisible. This is for 1.7 as there are barrier blocks for 1.8.

Ideas for commands:
/ib create (Create a invisible block with the block you're looking at)
/ib reload (Reload the plugin/config)

Ideas for permissions:
invisblocks.create (Allow the user to create an invisible block)
invisblocks.reload (Allow the user to reload the plugin/config)

When I'd like it by: Anytime within the year

Additional Info: I know you can do .//set 36 with worldedit to create an invisible block, but with that block you can walk through it. I would like a plugin that makes a block like a barrier block in 1.8. So basically a 'mock-barrier' plugin for 1.7.

 

@SayHi2uTube Impossibru. We can't change the texture of blocks and we can't set the solidity either. You'd either haave to make an existing block invisible with a resource pack, use 1.8, or ask for a plugin that just teleports you back if you go in this 'block' .

 

@SayHi2uTube While not technically impossible (@pie_flavor we can send a block change of air to players) the client won't realise that there's anything but air there, so it will think it can walk through it. The server will tell it no, and will force it back, but then the client will still think it can walk through it...

The net result of "invisible barrier blocks" is basically just a whole bunch of glitchyness on the client side.

 

Its easy, use /setblock ~ ~ ~ ladder for a hole block /setblock ~ ~ ~ iron_door for a small block of /setblock ~ ~ ~ 36 for a hole block where you can walk thore. Sorry for my bad english im from the netherlands.

 

Would cause a lot of client-side glitchiness, or you have to make them download a texture pack.
