   HELP! On my server world pvp is disabled, and I don't know how or why! In the config it says pvp is enabled. Please Help!

   Maybe it is multiverse config (if you have it) or world guard is flagged pvp is disabled? (if you have it)
   
   There will be a simple fix somewhere

   List your plugins, and paste your server.properties please

   Check your server.properties or if there is a plugin that involves denying/allowing PvP, check that.
