Help/Info Plugin searched.

    Hi community :)
    I'm searching for a simple Plugin that shows defined Messages
    (colors would be nice) by entering commandos.
    Such like a user types: /infoplugin test1
    It will be userside-broadcasted:
    Here is some Info about anything and everything ;)

    How about McDocs ? I never used it and I doubt it's simple, but it seems to be powerful.
    Edit: Doesn't look like what you want on second glance.
