Suggested name: xGUI

What I want: I want a GUI item that has an advertisement countdown(configable) looks like [ http://prntscr.com/7eudjn ] and you can add more lines for the Advertisement before you click on the actual item. It also counts down on the block by the stack size.

What is configurable:
The amount of time on the advertisement
The message of the Advertisement
The GUI (Kinda like ChestCommands)

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: Advertisement.pass <for donators to not wait>

When I'd like it by: As soon as possible!!

I am willing to do this but the description you gave is kinda bare bones. could you possibly give a more detailed on?

 

So you open the GUI by typing /menu then, after you open it one block appears in the GUI. After let's say 30 seconds it goes away and opens the actual GUI with the server selectors. The lore (aka advertisement) would be customizable. The name of the item would be green and say "Advertisement". The block you hover over would be wool(black) and would count down from 30 in stack size till 1. Once it hits one it pops open the other blocks that you can select a server. The advertisement can be removed by donating. So if you have the right permissions(Adv.donator) you can bypass it and when you type /menu instead of seeing the advertisement it just goes strait to the server selector.
