Suggested name: OfflineMOTD

What I want: I would like a simple plugin that allows there to be an MOTD when the server is offline/starting up, if it is possible. I have installed SexyMOTD onto my server and it works great, but I would like a plugin that allows me to have an MOTD, much like when it is online, when it is offline, with a custom message saying, 'Be Back Soon!' or something similar to this.

I would also like it to be able to integrate with ProtocolLib, as this is what I installed for SexyMOTD to work, and I would not like to install lots of plugins onto my server, however if this is not possible, then I would still be happy with the plugin and any other plugins I may have to install.

Ideas for commands: None specifically needed, only a configuration file within the plugin folder.

Ideas for permissions: None specifically needed.

When I'd like it by: As soon as possible.

Theres no way to do this without altering Minecraft's code itself. (as timtower said)

The best thing that I can possibly think of this, get a maintenance plugin, and if it has an MOTD setter, such as MaintenanceMode, you can set the MOTD to Be Back Soon. Thats really the only possibility
