Plugin Request Special Gamble Roulette

    Hey, so... I'm looking for anyone who could make something like this. (Picture Below) Basically when someone opens a special enderchest it will put various items in the chest. Able to edit, give %, and put in what items I want in config files. And optional perm nodes would be nice. I might be asking alot but I haven't seen a plugin like this that I'm looking for. For bukkit/spigot 1.8+
