Filled Industrial craft Like Plugin

Hello Im Metalclaws1o1 And I Own A server With a lot of plugins
I would Like it if someone Could Help me Out and Make A Industrial craft or other tech like mod as a plugin.
It Does Not Have to Be all the stuff in the mod. All I Really Want Is a ore processing, and a miner or quarry like block.

Well I Would Like The Ore Processing to be a furnace and the miner to be a piston that you setdown and it spawns a chest above it for the fuel and items , the power Idk

 

Ok Here The Ore Processing Would Be a Furnace That Gives You Double the output, to craft it you would place a furnace in the middle with iron on the top, bottom, left and right and in the top corners redstone blocks and the bottom corners flint. For The Miner It Would Be A Piston You Setdown That Spawns a chest that is the Fuel and were the items that miner mines go, If You Right Click It changes What Way It Is facing. The Fuel would be blaze rods, coal, wood, redstone, and charcoal. For The Power do nothing I don't want it anymore.

You maybe want to take a look at my Plugin Slimefun and its Addons, especially SensibleToolbox which is also a standalone Plugin, they all cover certain Aspects of Modpacks, including Industrialcraft.
You can also disable any Features in the Slimefun folder.
