Plugin Request Custom Gravity Plugin 1.8

Hey there,

I'm looking for a plugin that makes it so that when you walk over a certain block, the gravity is lowered as if you were on the moon.

Falling slower, jumping higher, no fall damage etc.

Making it so that I can choose which blocks have this effect would be preferable, and making it so that I can choose the amount of gravity, but I understand if you can't make that happen.
The main block that I want to have this effect is clay.

Also an important note is that I would like it to work with 1.8!

I might be able to make a plugin that you get Jump Boost I/II when you walk over certain blocks. But changing gravity is impossible.

 

Well people have made parachutes. Is there really no way to make it so that you fall slower on certain blocks? That's mainly what I want, getting jump boost and slowness is easy, but falling slowly is not.
