Permission To Use

Hello,
At my spawn no one can use signs and buttons, ect and I have gave them permission on WorldGuard. I have put:
Interact = On
Use = On
Build = Off
Block-Place = Off
Block-Destroy = Off
If you can tell me if there is another flag I can set to allow that but I have put a town over spawn the perm is:
Build: ---
Destroy: ---
Switch: rao
Item: rao
If you see anything wrong let me know and if you need more information visit me on the server

Do you use Essentials is the error there.

 

1. Do you have any other regions over spawn?

2. Is region '__global__' enabled or have any flags?

3. Is your spawn built on the global spawn-zone? (It's the area in server.properties, of 'spawn border' or something)

 

@CraftyBell Go in your server.properties and change spawn-protection to 0 and see if that helps.
