Suggested Name: BarbedWire

What I want: Could I get a plugin that gives players 1.5 hearts in damage when
they walk into barbed wire(Cobweb/30) and the only two ways out is to cut or slowly walk out of it. How I would like it to be cut is by having the player for example have shears(What = the wire cutters) that when you right click with the shears in your hand it cuts the barb or basically the barb disappears. Thanks for the help, I've tried and failed to do this.

@Deathkilla would you like for the shears to take damage?

--EDIT-- Ok, I've got it finished (for the most part), I have one last thing I'd like to ask: would you like the shears to be the only thing that can break the block?

@Deathkilla http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/barbed-wire/ there you are. I added a config to how much damage it does to the players and the wire cutters, in case you wanted to change it in the future.
