Votifer

Hi i just installed votifier and a listner and they both work execpt when i go to post is it on a voting website it does not work here is what i put

0.0.0.0 (ip/host)
8192 (port and yes i portfowarded)
and the public key

and it still does not work please help thank you

i am hosting from my computer not a hosting site btw

 

@cpazek Putting 0.0.0.0 on a voting website will not work. You need to put your server ip and port.

 

so i put 99.52.100.119 and 25565?? @bwfcwalshy

what do i put when i am enabling votifer on minecraftserver.org
and what do i put in the listener folder.

Put your server IP and Public Key And Port. 0.0.0.0 Will not work. Change it in the config and Minecraftservers.org

 

Dont change your port in the config just change your ip and it should work

 

Depends on the listener, GAListener is its own plugin.

 

can someone tell me step by step what to do plz

 

On the voting site use your server IP (99.52.100.119) and the Votifier port you set up, NOT your server port (25565) as that is used for server. In the Votifier config make your port 8192 or something, I forget the max and minimum number that it can be.
